The MC5's Wayne Kramer points out that the new Atlantic "retro-adjusted royalty plan ends at 1969, which, of course, is just before they signed the Five and numerous other rock-era bands that have been getting fucked all these years." (The Five gets only 6 per cent on reissues on which the band members were never consulted).
